Bussey and Fouts is made up of Davis Bussey and Ken Fouts. The firm was founded in 1989 with the shared mindset that service to clients was to be the first priority and that satisfied clients would make for a successful business. Davis Bussey graduated from University of Kentucky law school, obtaining his JD degree in 1972. Davis has been named one of the Best Lawyers in America for his work in the field of workers compensation law. He has been selected for inclusion in this publication by his peers for over years. His practice also focuses extensively on Social Security disability and motor vehicle accident law.
Davis has been practicing law for 52 years and is celebrating 45 years with his wife Lucybo. Together they have raised a wonderful daughter and son.
Email: davisbussey@gmail.comKen majored in physics and math with a minor in Russian. He came to the University of Kentucky in 1979 and was accepted in the Physics graduate program. Realizing he was more of an attorney than a scientist, he graduated from UK Law in 1985.
Aside from raising six amazing kids with his wife Cheri, his law practice is primarily centered around personal injury, workers' compensation, medical negligence, product liability and Social Security and disability claims.
